Hi, I’m Aprille Cage. Yoga has been a part of my life since college, and it's helped me grow stronger in my mind and body on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me, reminds me to live in the present moment, and gives me the tools to handle life’s ups and downs. In 2021, I completed my 500-hour Vinyasa flow YTT with Alanna Kaivalya. Since then, I have continued my education becoming certified to teach Yin, restorative, and children's yoga. I'm currently working on a mindfulness meditation certification. I've lived in Eagle River for over 20 years. I’m married and have 5 children and 2 dogs. I enjoy spending time outdoors, cross-country skiing, and hiking.
I love to combine breathwork, mindful movement, and a dose of inspiration to help deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive by nurturing the mind, body, and spirit with yoga, and my hope is you feel refreshed and nourished as you step off your mat.
